Welcome to the Twilight Franchise Program. By engaging with us, including paying any advance or signing up for our franchise program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Advance Payment & Refunds
- Once the advance payment is made, it serves as a token to reserve your franchise slot.
- If you are unable to confirm or proceed with the franchise for any reason, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- Twilight reserves the right to retain the advance payment to cover administrative and setup costs incurred.
2. Franchise Application & Approval
- All franchise applications are subject to review and approval by Twilight.
- Approval does not guarantee the success of the franchise and does not constitute a partnership or joint venture.
3. Franchise Setup & Support
- Twilight provides turnkey support, including equipment, branding, training, and operational guidance.
- Franchisees are responsible for day-to-day operations, staffing, and adherence to local laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
- All branding, trademarks, and proprietary materials remain the property of Twilight.
- Franchisees may use the brand and materials only as permitted under the franchise agreement.
5. Confidentiality
- Franchisees must maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary recipes, operational methods, and internal business strategies.
6. Obligations & Compliance
- Franchisees must comply with all local laws, permits, licenses, and health and safety regulations.
- Twilight is not liable for any legal, regulatory, or financial issues arising from the franchise operations.
7. Termination
- Twilight reserves the right to terminate the franchise agreement if franchisees violate terms, fail to operate per guidelines, or engage in unethical practices.
- Upon termination, franchisees must cease use of all Twilight branding and proprietary materials immediately.
8. Liability
- Twilight is not responsible for any financial losses, damages, or disputes arising from franchise operations.
- Franchisees operate independently and assume all business risks.
9. Amendments
- Twilight reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to franchisees.
10. GST
All prices, fees, and payments mentioned under the Twilight Franchise Program are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged extra as per government regulations.
